If you’re a customer of First Bank Hampton, here’s a reminder that the bank is rolling out major technology and security upgrades affecting the bank’s hours and your online access starting today (Fri. 9/5/25).
Bank President and CEO Tyler Heeren says the updates have been years in the making and are designed to keep pace with rapid changes in the banking industry. Customers will see new debit cards for both personal and business accounts, which can be activated starting Monday (9/8/25) morning. An upgraded online and mobile banking system will also launch, offering a new look and stronger security features to better protect customer data.
To prepare for the switch, the bank will close its lobby and drive-thru at 3:30 today (Fri. 9/5/25) and remain closed tomorrow (Sat. 9/6/25) while internal processing is completed. Heeren says staff will be ready to help customers with the transition, and more information is available at info.fbh.bank.
