
The Franklin County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session on Monday, Sept. 15 at the courthouse in Hampton. The agenda includes updates on two road closures approved last week for culvert and bridge repairs. Supervisors will also consider a request from Plagge Farms to connect private drainage tile into a county line.
Brandon Miller of Alliant Energy is scheduled to provide an update on wind projects in Franklin County, and Rebekah Ault of Franklin General Hospital will brief the board on public health and home care transition.
Supervisors will also take up a memorandum of understanding for four Central Iowa Community Services (CICS) employees and a resolution approving the construction contract and bond for repairs to the county courthouse roof.
The meeting is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. and can be streamed on the Franklin County Board of Supervisors’ YouTube channel.
