Pep Rallies and School Spirit Highlight Homecoming Week at South Hardin

South Hardin High School has a variety of activities for students and the community to celebrate school spirit leading up to Friday night’s homecoming football game. 

The homecoming court includes Queen candidates Sadie Roskens, Ava Guiles, Kiersten Winter, Mary Engelson and Kara Chaplin. King candidates include Lucas Perry, Collin Burk, Sawyer Kane, Preston Dolash and Jake Balvanz. The coronation will be Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the high school in Eldora followed by class games. 

Friday there will be pep rallies at Hubbard-Radcliffe Elementary at 8:45 a.m., South Hardin Middle School at 10:15 a.m., and Eldora-New Providence at 1 p.m. The homecoming parade is at 2:00 p.m. followed by an all school pep rally at the high school gym at 2:45 p.m. 

Later that evening, there will be a booster tailgate from 5-7 p.m. Also before the game a community antique tractor and classic car/truck show will be hosted at the high school by the South Hardin FFA. The Tigers that night will host Eagle Grove in the homecoming game. The week will conclude Saturday with the homecoming dance.
