Des Moines Man Faces More Charges After September 11th High-Speed Chase Near Latimer

More charges have been filed against a Des Moines man after allegedly leading police on a high-speed chase near Latimer earlier this month.

The Iowa State Patrol, with assistance from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, arrested Todd A. Miller Jr. on numerous arrest warrants on the morning of September 11th. Miller had warrants for parole violations with an original charge related to possession of drugs.

Franklin County Sheriff Aaron Dodd tells RadioOnThGo News Miller had arrest warrants out of Franklin County for eluding at speeds 25 mph over the limit, a Class D felony.

Miller is currently in custody and will be transported to Franklin County for the eluding charge when time for his other violations are completed.
