
A noise complaint in rural Allison led to the arrest of a 22-year-old man early Thursday.
A call for service record sent from Butler County Sheriff Jason Johnson to RadioOnTheGo News shows that around 1 a.m. Sept. 25, a deputy responded to a report of 20 to 30 gunshots near the 23000 block of 250th Street, about 5 miles southeast of Allison.
During the investigation, a deputy found a vehicle in the road in the area of the complaint. Further investigation led to the arrest of 22-year-old Hunter Roy Holkan.
Holkan was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated and reckless use of a firearm. No injuries were reported.
