Franklin County Commissioner of Elections Katy Flint has scheduled October 9th at 9:00 a.m. as the starting time for public testing of voting equipment to be used in the upcoming city-school election on November 4th.
Testing will be conducted in the multi-media room at the Franklin County Law Enforcement Center.
