Sunday evening the Butler County Sheriff’s Department arrested 44-year-old Amanda Renee Stroh of Parkersburg who was wanted on three warrants. Stroh was wanted for two counts of unlawfully obtaining or attempting to obtain a prescription drug and one count of tampering with records.
According to two criminal complaints filed with the Butler County District Court, it is alleged that in May of 2025 Stroh obtained or attempted to obtain a prescription drug classified as a controlled substance in schedule I,II, or II by engaging in fraud, deceit, misrepresentation, or subterfuge. In a third criminal complaint filed with the Butler County District Court, Stroh is alleged to have tampered with records.
A preliminary hearing for the case is scheduled for October 9th.
