Memorial service for 87-year-old Leon Herndon of Eldora will be November 1st at 10:30 a.m. at the Christian Fellowship Church in Eldora. Burial will be in the Eldora Cemetery. Visitation will be October 31st from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the church. The Boeke Funeral Home in Hubbard is assisting the family. Leon Herndon passed away Wednesday, October 1st at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
