The Hardin County Board of Supervisors will meet Wednesday morning at the courthouse in Eldora, with several routine and new items on the agenda.
Supervisors will consider approving wellness activities for county employees, including an immunization clinic. They’ll also review a recommendation to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources on an animal feeding operation construction permit for the Faris Site located in Section 8 of Providence Township.
The board is expected to act on a utility permit for Interstate Power and Light and acknowledge monthly reports from the sheriff, recorder, and auditor for September. Personnel status changes in the Secondary Roads and Sheriff’s Departments are also scheduled for approval.
Following the regular meeting, supervisors will convene a drainage meeting at 9:30 a.m., hold a public hearing on Drainage District 11 at 10 a.m., and continue with a budget workshop at 10:30 a.m.
The meeting begins at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the large conference room in the courthouse.
