Yesterday (Tue) afternoon, the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Nathan Windelow for violating the terms of his pretrial release on an original charge of first offense domestic abuse assault. According to the sheriff’s office, deputies made the arrest at a location on C Avenue near Alden shortly after 2:30 p.m.
Windelow was taken to the Hardin County Jail in Eldora where his bail has been set at $1,000 cash only. No other details regarding the circumstances of the arrest or the alleged violation were provided in the report.
