The BCLUW Community School Board of Education will meet Monday, Oct. 20, in the high school media center.
A public hearing will be held regarding the district’s Flex Fund, followed by consideration for its approval.
Other agenda items include a request for English learner excess costs, discussion of personnel matters, and consideration of additional early retirement applications. The board will also conduct second readings of policies 603.01, 603.06 and 603.09, and review several fundraiser requests.
Superintendent comments will include an update on Oct. 1 enrollment figures and information about the upcoming Iowa Association of School Boards convention set for Nov. 19–21.
The meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m.
