The Parkersburg Police Department this past weekend took several reports of vehicles with tires slashed.
The Parkersburg Police Department also took reports of stolen guns during the same time period.
Tuesday night, the Butler County Sheriff’s Department arrested a 13-year-old juvenile from Parkersburg and charged them with second-degree burglary and second degree criminal mischief, where damage costs between $1,500 and $10,000.
The Parkersburg Police Department says more charges are pending as the investigation continues. The Aplington Police Department and Butler County Sheriff’s Department are assisting with further investigations related to this matter.
