Iowa PBS has been honored with two Regional Emmy Awards from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Upper Midwest Chapter.
The station earned recognition for Iowa Life Episode #203 in the Magazine Program category and for Des Moines Metro Opera Presents American Apollo in the Entertainment–Long Form Content category.
The awards were presented during the 2025 Upper Midwest Emmy ceremony held October 18 in Prior Lake, Minnesota.
Iowa PBS officials say the recognition highlights the creativity and dedication of their production teams in telling Iowa stories through both documentary and performance-based programming.
