Obviously this was a unique year, going into this knowing I was a one year interim coach. My daughter being a senior, obviously lots of emotions tonight. I just thanked the girls for letting me be part of this ride this season,” says Allen. “I want them to reflect on how far they have come and that they have overcome so many things this year, to get to the point where they’re at now. I encouraged them to next year keep building on that. Go in with that confidence. They deserve to be playing with those top teams.”

Leah Allen had 12 kills and Carlea Dagel added eight kills to lead the Cadets.

Iowa Falls-Alden concluded their season at 15-16 overall.
