Voters in Hampton will see a relatively quiet ballot in this year’s city election, with no races being contested.

Mayor Steve Birdsall is seeking another two-year term and is running unopposed. Five council seats are up for election and all are uncontested.

For the City Council At-Large seat, Jeanne Fay’s name will appear on the ballot. The seat is currently held by Patrick Palmer, who has chosen not to seek reelection. However, voters will have another option. Lisa Hill has announced via her Facebook page that she is running a write-in campaign for the four-year term.

The city election is Nov. 4th.
