The Grundy County Board of Supervisors will meet this (Mon). Several key financial and community items are on the agenda. Among the most notable topics include consideration of the Mid-Iowa Tax Increment Financing (TIF) annual certification and a review of Landus Cooperative’s TIF statement. Both items could impact local development funding and county revenue allocations. Supervisors will also discuss a potential contract with the Grundy Center YMCA.
