As the city and school elections approach Nov. 4, the City of Dumont is notifying residents about a temporary change in their polling location.
The American Legion Hall, the community’s usual polling site, will not be accessible for this year’s election. As a result, all Dumont voters will instead cast their ballots at the Dumont EMS Building, located at 630 1st St.
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the adjustment is expected to apply only to the upcoming election.
