The Rowan City Council will meet Monday night at the Rowan Community Center with several new and ongoing agenda items scheduled for discussion.
New business on the agenda includes consideration of a vicious dog ordinance, discussion on an outdoor classroom proposal from Rhonda Benton, plans for a soup supper and snow removal preparations for the upcoming winter season.
Council members are also expected to hear updates on ongoing matters including septic issues, nuisance abatement and building permits.
The meeting is set to begin at 7 p.m.
