Police in Iowa Falls are investigating the deaths of three people after they were called to a residence on Willow Lane Sunday morning.
In a press release, the Iowa Falls Police Department says officers responded to the residence along with deputies from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office after a call was made to the Hardin County Dispatch reporting that multiple individuals at the residence were unresponsive. Police say that upon arrival, three people were located inside the residence and were deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.
An additional person was taken to Hansen Family Hospital with a nonfatal gunshot wound. Authorities say there is no ongoing threat to the public.
The Iowa Falls Police Department is being assisted in the investigation by the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, the Hardin County E-squad and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.
