Four people were injured Sunday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Cerro Gordo County.
Deputies were called to the area of 310th Street and Eagle Avenue near Clear Lake after a 2008 Chevrolet Aveo, driven by Dayona Johnson of Mason City, rear-ended a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Japre Lydarryl Demond Hall, also of Mason City. Both drivers sustained minor injuries but did not seek medical treatment.
Two juvenile passengers, one in the Jeep and one in the Chevrolet, also suffered minor injuries. Both were transported to MercyOne for evaluation.
The Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office says the crash remains under investigation.
