Franklin Supervisors Set Hearing and Bid Schedule for Courthouse Repairs

The Franklin County Board of Supervisors met Monday and held a public hearing on the master matrix application for the Franklin Oakland 10 Site owned by Summitt Pork I LLP. No public comments were received and the board recommended approval of the permit. 

The Board approved claims and adopted a resolution to proceed with courthouse repointing, setting a public hearing and bid schedule for December 22nd. The project includes masonry repair, tuckpointing, sealant replacement and exterior cleaning. 

The supervisors also discussed upcoming budget workshops scheduled for January 20th through the 22nd with a schedule and materials to be distributed in advance.
