The Franklin County Board of Supervisors met Monday morning for its regular session at the courthouse.
During committee updates, Board member McVicker reported attending a Northeast Iowa Workforce Development Finance Committee meeting.
Secondary Roads Engineer Jay Waddingham met with the board and provided an update on his department, followed by an update from Emergency Management Director Eric Arenholz.
Supervisors also discussed the 2027 Ditch and Roadway Spraying Contract and reviewed budget amendment requests for fiscal year 2026. A public hearing was set for Dec. 15 at 9:15 a.m.
The board’s next regular meeting will be Monday, Dec. 8, at 8:30 a.m. at the courthouse.
