The Clarksville City Council met in regular session on Monday, December 1.
City Clerk Molly Bohlen stated that a resident called with two concerns to be addressed at a future council meeting. The first was about an ordinance or policy change allowing residents to rake or blow leaves into the street, for the city to pick up. The other was to look at purchasing an attachment to move snow, that would keep the snow away from resident driveways.
The council approved a road closure from Main St. by the Post Office to S.Elizabeth St. for the Images of Christmas event on Sunday, December 7. The council also approved a Butler-Grundy development partnership for $1,264.00.
