
The Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation kicked off its 15th annual Operation Christmas Meal Friday at the Iowa State Fairgrounds, handing out several thousand free pork loins to Iowans in need of a good holiday meal.
Operation Christmas Meal will make a few stops in the broadcast area Wednesday, December 10th. There will be a stop in Allison from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the Butler County Fairgrounds and another stop at the Grundy County Fairgrounds in Grundy Center from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.
This year’s Operation Christmas Meal concludes December 18th with giveaways in Eagle Grove, Webster City and Iowa Falls.
The Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation will hand out 27,000 free pork loins this year at 16 different locations across Iowa.
