The Hampton City Council will meet in regular session Thursday and will consider on the third and final reading an ordinance which proposes a new no-parking zone on the east side of 3rd Street Southwest from Central Avenue West to 1st Avenue Southwest.
The council will consider on the first reading another ordinance which proposes a new no-parking zone on the south side of 3rd Avenue Southeast from 4th Street Southeast to the alley between 4th Street Southeast and 3rd Street Southeast.
Several appointments to boards and commissions and the appointment of a Mayor Pro Tem will be considered by the Hampton City Council Thursday.
The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. at city hall and is available on the city’s YouTube page.
