The Aplington-Parkersburg School Board will have its annual, organizational, and a regular meeting Monday starting at 5:00 p.m. in the high school library.
In the annual meeting, they’ll consider early retirement policies and 2024-25 certified annual reports.
During the organizational meeting, they’ll elect board officers, make annual appointments and designations, and set dates and times for regular meetings.
Among action items in the regular meeting, they’ll consider a one-year high school softball sharing agreement with Dike-New Hartford, adjustment of hours for paraeducators, and facility and construction costs related to the recently approved general obligation bond. Near the end of the meeting, they’ll have a closed session for a personnel matter.
