
The Franklin County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session on Monday, Dec. 22 at the courthouse in Hampton.
Among the scheduled items is a department update from Secondary Roads Engineer Jay Waddingham, along with consideration of an application from Alliant Energy to perform work within the county highway right-of-way related to road radius widening and tower repairs in multiple locations across the county.
Supervisors will also hold a public hearing on plans and bid proposals for courthouse repointing work, with potential action on awarding a construction contract.
The board will also consider waiving appeal rights on a draft permit for a Summit Pork I LLP site, along with a resolution to approve Franklin County comp time accumulation and usage. Another resolution will be considered to authorize a capital projects transfer.
The meeting begins at 8:30 a.m.
