The Hampton City Council will meet in regular session Monday and will consider on the second reading an ordinance which proposes a new no-parking zone on the south side of 3rd Avenue Southeast from 4th Street Southeast to the alley between 4th Street Southeast and 3rd Street Southeast.
In other business, the council will review a work order proposal for the rehab project at 4 and 6 1st Street Northwest and is set to receive an update from library director Suzy Knipfel.
