The Hardin County Board of Supervisors approved a procedural correction during its meeting Tuesday, formally rescinding a prior budget amendment resolution due to a publication error.
Supervisors adopted Resolution 2026.05, which rescinds Resolution 2025.34 after officials determined the fiscal year was listed incorrectly in required public notices. As a result, the board set a new public hearing on the fiscal year 2025-26 budget amendment for Jan. 28 in the large conference room at the Hardin County Courthouse.
In other business, supervisors discussed—but took no action on—a possible ordinance related to the removal of road reflectors, citing enforcement challenges.
