The Grundy County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session on Monday, January 19.
The board will hear updates from multiple county departments. County Engineer Jeff Skalberg will discuss department matters, including the appointment of two supervisors to serve as negotiators for a collective bargaining agreement with Public Professional and Maintenance Employees. Grundy County Memorial Hospital CEO Adam Scherling will present a quarterly update.
The sheriff, county attorney, treasurer and leadership from conservation, veterans affairs, and planning and zoning departments will present reviews of their proposed fiscal year 2027 budgets. The board will also recognize Grundy County Sheriff Deputy Samuel Broome with a five-year service award.
The Grundy County Board of Supervisors will meet Monday at 9:00 a.m. at the courthouse in Grundy Center.
