#2 (2A) Clarion-Goldfield-Dows was the champion and AP/GC was fourth at Saturday’s Doc Carr Duals at New Hampton.
After an opening round bye, the Cowboys went 4-0. They defeated Waterloo West 60-15, AP/GC 62-15, NH/TV 56-20 and Denver 52-22.
In their other duals, AP/GC defeated Waterloo West 60-15 and Denver 36-34.
In their next action on Thursday, AP/GC will compete at a triangular at BCLUW-SH and Clarion-Goldfield-Dows will be at a triangular at Iowa Falls-Alden.
