Charges have been filed in Franklin County District Court against a Hampton man alleging the abuse of a young family member.
Court records identify the defendant as Daniel Raisch, 51, of Hampton, who is charged with two counts of third-degree sexual abuse, both Class C felonies; one count of incest, a Class D felony; and one count of indecent exposure, a serious misdemeanor.
Raisch was taken into custody Wednesday by the Hampton Police Department and is being held at the Hardin County Jail on a $25,000 cash-only bond.
A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for Jan. 29.
