A Marshalltown man was arrested early Friday on a probation violation warrant tied to a sexual abuse conviction.
The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office reports 19-year-old Carrick Anthony Hilpipre was arrested in Liscomb on a warrant for violation of probation related to a third-degree sexual abuse case. He was transported to the Hardin County Jail in Eldora, where he is being held.
Hilpipre was previously taken into custody in August 2025 on a probation revocation tied to the same conviction. The Iowa Sex Offender Registry lists Hilpipre as residing in Marshalltown. Additional court proceedings are expected following his latest arrest.
