First Bank Hampton has announced the promotion of Steph McWilliams to Vice President of Consumer Lending. McWilliams brings more than 15 years of experience with the bank to her new leadership role. She previously served as a consumer lender and will now take on added responsibilities within the lending team, including mentoring and training staff.
President and CEO Tyler Heeren says McWilliams has excelled in every position she has held and praised her work ethic, customer service skills and commitment to the bank’s future success.
McWilliams is a Hampton-Dumont graduate and is active in the community, serving as treasurer of the H-D Achievement Foundation and Hampton Youth Softball. She and her husband, Joel, live in Hampton with their three daughters.
