A celebration of life for 69-year-old Phyllis Elaine Schipper of Waverly will be Monday, February 16th at 1:30 p.m. at Redman Funeral & Cremation Services in Parkersburg. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg.
Visitation will be Monday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Redman Funeral & Cremation Services in Parkersburg.
