
The Clarksville City Council approved several agenda items during its regular meeting Monday night.
The council approved a resolution setting forth a proposal to sell real estate located in Railroad Addition and Hilton’s Addition south of West Walnut Street and west of South Adams Street.
Council members also approved a public hearing for the proposed tax levy on March 26 at 5:30 p.m.
In other business, the council approved reimbursement for fire purchases, removal of a tree at 208 West Prospect in the alleyway and a building permit for 906 South Mather Street to add a third garage stall and house addition.
The council discussed contracts related to the Church Street water and road project and approved moving forward with Fehr-Graham on the project.
