
The Hampton-Dumont School Board will meet Monday to review several items on the agenda.
The board is set to review the initial negotiation proposal for the 2026-2027 school year presented by the Hampton-Dumont Education Association. Members will also set dates and times for public hearings on the district’s 2026-2027 fiscal year budget and the 2026-2027 school calendar. The proposed calendar includes a two-week winter break, a one-week spring break and an August 24th start date for students.
In addition, the board will review a memorandum of understanding with Franklin County Emergency Management which allows emergency management to access school security cameras in the event of an emergency on district property.
The meeting begins at 4:30 p.m. at the middle school boardroom.
