
The Hampton City Council will hold a special session Monday evening that includes multiple closed-session items.
Council members are scheduled to enter a closed session to discuss strategy with legal counsel in matters currently in litigation or where litigation is imminent.
The agenda also lists a closed session to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate, where premature disclosure could affect the price.
In addition, the council plans to meet in closed session to discuss employment conditions for employees not covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
