The Grundy County Board of Supervisors approved a fiscal year 2026 budget amendment during its regular meeting Feb. 23 in Grundy Center.
During the meeting, a public hearing was held on the budget amendment, though no one spoke for or against the proposal. The board later unanimously adopted a resolution approving the amendment to the FY 2026 budget.
Supervisors also approved an update to the county’s HIPAA policy. Grundy County Attorney Erika Allen discussed the need for the revision, and the board unanimously adopted a resolution to update the policy.
The meeting concluded with a budget workshop discussion.
