The Belmond City Council will meet Monday night at 7 p.m. at Belmond City Hall.
A public hearing is scheduled on the conveyance of certain streets and alleys. After the hearing, the council will consider a resolution to convey real property.
In new business, the council will review and consider approval of a pay estimate for the 2026 Third Street Northeast project to Denver Underground and Grading Inc. Council members will also hold a budget discussion and discuss LMI lots in the Dumond Estates area.
