
The Hampton City Council met in regular session Thursday, March 12.
Carl Beyers of Bolton & Menk presented Task Order No. 2 for the AvGas Fuel Farm project at the Hampton Municipal Airport, which is funded through a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration. The council approved the task order.
Jason Petersburg of V&K Engineering presented Change Order No. 2 for the Hampton Water Treatment Plant improvements project, which was also approved.
The council after review then approved an engineering services agreement for the city’s 2026–27 HMA Street Rehabilitation Program presented by Mark Crawford of Crawford Engineering Services.
In other business, the council approved Resolution 2026-02 supporting a grant application to the Iowa Economic Development Authority for the Emergency Community Catalyst Building Remediation Program.
