
The Hampton City Council will hold a goal-setting session on Thursday, March 19.
Council members will begin with an overview of the goal-setting process before reviewing city accomplishments from the past two years and discussing current issues, concerns and trends facing the community.
The session will also include a review of ongoing commitments and priorities from previous goal-setting efforts, along with a ranking of programs, policies and proposed initiatives. Council members are expected to evaluate capital projects and equipment purchases, including proposed projects and ongoing work.
The agenda also calls for a review of teamwork objectives and will conclude with a final report on the 2026 goal-setting process.
The session begins at 5 p.m. at city hall.
