The Hampton-Dumont School Board will meet Monday and will review the district’s proposed fiscal year 2027 budget. The proposed levy rate is $11.69 per $1,000 of assessed property value.
The board will set the date and time for a public hearing on the next fiscal year budget. Board members will review agreements with Northern Iowa and Wartburg College for student teachers.
A review of milk and bread bids for the next school year is also on the agenda along with a call for 2026 mowing bids for the Dumont bus barn.
The meeting begins with the budget review at 4:30 p.m. Monday at the board room in Hampton.
