The city of Hampton is offering a new online payment platform. City officials say the system is designed to make managing bills more convenient.
The new system will allow customers to pay bills online using a credit card, debit card, e-check or ACH transfer. Additionally, the system allows users to set up automatic payments, view current and past bills, and download and print payment receipts.
Customers can enroll in the system by visiting https://hamptonia.frontdeskgworks.com. Officials say the existing online payment platform will be discontinued March 31, 2026. Those currently enrolled in autopay who wish to remain enrolled do not need to take any action.
