The City of Hampton is notifying residents that a pedestrian bridge on 2nd Street Northeast will be closed for maintenance.
The closure affects the area between 3rd Avenue Northeast and 4th Avenue Northeast. The scope of the work and how long the closure will last are not yet known.
Residents are asked to obey posted signage and use an alternate route while the bridge is closed.
