The Dumont City Council will meet tonight at the Dumont EMS Building.
A public hearing on the proposed property tax levy for fiscal year 2026-27 is scheduled for 6 p.m. During the hearing, council members will recognize the publication of the notice and hear any written or oral objections from residents.
A regular council meeting will follow at 6:15 p.m. According to the agenda, council members are expected to consider setting a public hearing date for the fiscal year 2026-27 city budget. The proposed hearing is scheduled for April 16 at 6 p.m.
Both meetings will be open to the public.
