The AP/DNH boys soccer team got into the win column for the first time in the Cody Cummings era, defeating Columbus Catholic 8-2 on the road Tuesday.
The United went up 7-0 before rotating some bench players into the game. Aiden Merrill and Cooper Mulder each scored three goals. Connor Weedman and Chase Bertram each scored one.
In their next action, they’ll play defending Class 2A champion Gilbert on the road on Thursday.
