
The Greene City Council will address a mix of infrastructure, budget and community improvement items at its meeting Monday.
Council members are scheduled to hold a public hearing on the proposed fiscal year 2027 budget, followed by consideration of a resolution to formally adopt the plan. The agenda also includes discussion on approving Kinetic Fiber service expansion throughout the community.
Additional items include potential approval of several budgeted projects such as seal coating, asphalt work, sewer main cleaning, and the purchase of a new park mower. The council will also review proposed pool-related purchases and wage increases for seasonal staff.
City officials are expected to provide updates on nuisance properties and answer questions regarding the ongoing 4th Street water main project.
The meeting is Monday at 5:30 p.m. at the Greene Community Center.
