The Dike-New Hartford School Board will hold a budget hearing and regular meeting Wednesday in the high school library.
They’ll open the budget hearing, where they’ll have a public forum and consider approval of the proposed budget, including special levies.
In the regular meeting, they’ll have discussions about the Physical Plan Equipment Levy (PPEL)/Secure an Advanced Vision for Education (SAVE) and hold a 5-Year Plan Review. They’ll also hear from a Daktronics representative about a possible new scoreboard at the high school football field/track.
Among action items, they’ll consider a student teaching agreement with Wartburg College, a website development proposal, school fees for next school year, agreements with Athletico Training and the Early Childhood Program, and a tennis court resurfacing project.
At the end of the meeting, they’ll hold an exempt session for negotiations and a closed session for the superintendent’s quarterly review.
The meeting will start at 5:00 p.m.
