Wright County Supervisors set agenda for April 27

The Wright County Board of Supervisors will meet to hold a public hearing on the county’s fiscal year 2026-27 budget.

The board will meet at 9 a.m. Monday, April 27, in the courthouse basement boardroom in Clarion. Supervisors are scheduled to hold the budget hearing at 9:15 a.m. before considering a resolution to adopt the county budget for the next fiscal year.

The board is also scheduled to review an application to use the courthouse grounds for the Clarion Farmers Market from May 30 through Sept. 26, excluding June 13 and July 4. Supervisors will also consider master matrix reviews for the Buffalo Site, the Larry Olson Site in Lake Township and the Huntley Site in Boone Township.

Wright County Economic Development Director Aaron Budweg is scheduled to present the 2026 Build with Bags grant, and County Engineer Adam Clemons is scheduled to discuss options related to the Taylor Avenue bridge.

Supervisors are also scheduled to receive the county’s fiscal year 2025 cost allocation plan and may enter a closed session.
